Art Competition:

At the moment the Greenlane gallery are organising a competition for a solo show in Paris. The selected artist will have a show within the gallery for a period of two weeks. Their work will be promoted to the Paris and international community.

Events will be hosted within the gallery to promote peoples awareness of the artist and they will have an opening night three days after the paintings have been installed.

The purpose of this competition is to:

• To find artists who might be suitable to exhibit in either the Irish or Paris based Greenlane galleries.
• To promote the gallery among artists and art collectors.
• To promote an artist whose work, we feel, is on an interesting path.

The greenlane gallery has been hosting exhibitions in Paris since 2006. It is situated within one of the most popular tourist destinations in Paris. The Ile Saint Louis. In the 4th arrondissement of Paris where every vistor to the city comes. This fabulous island within Paris is within walking distance of every major destination within the city.

The island is also populated with art galleries and specialist antique shops. As far as exhibiting art is concerned, this is one of the premier locations within any major city in the world.
